Provided beauty treatments, such as skin revitalization and laser epilation, are done with the latest globally certified advanced medical technology. As health is highly valued, health care is also available, such as HPV vaccinations, body checks. PhiDerma is committed to provide safe and medically ethical services for customers in a comfortable environment. Doctors are always present to give medical advice and complete surgeries, aiming to achieve what is best for customers.

In order to establish brand image and gain media exposure, RollAngle was commissioned to manage PhiDerma’s Facebook page and WeChat public account. Our dedicated team regularly posts the latest news from PhiDerma and advertises beauty treatments. In line with PhiDerma’s commitment to health and the concern about beauty risks in Hong Kong, the team informs the general public of lesser known medical risks as well. On behalf of PhiDerma, we respond to readers’ comments and enquiries as quickly as possible. We are delighted to have more than 500 likes, around 6 Facebook enquiries each month and reaching 15160 people for only 8 months of advertising on the Facebook. (Data collected in July 2015)

To reach out to potential customers in mainland China, RollAngle also created a WeChat public account customized for PhiDerma. Our team specialized in WeChat marketing shares four posts per month, informing followers of the latest news and beauty treatments. We understand customers from Hong Kong and mainland have different needs and interests. Therefore, we tailor information that will specifically appeal to mainland followers on the WeChat platform. More advertising campaigns were launched on different renowned public account, which successfully convert a substantial readers into customers.
