HLT is a wine retailer specializing in Californian wine, who approached us in 2014. They have an office located in Central and was looking into launching an online store.
We created an easy-to-navigate website that allowed customers to easily purchase their available wines, at the same time providing online calendars and updates of HLT events. We also created a multi-level membership system that allowed customers to enjoy special “wine club” benefits, while allowing HLT to better understand their customer demographics.
Besides from their website, we also took charge of their Facebook page. We published regular posts on knowledge about wine, unique sharing related to wine, aided in creating/publishing video/photo content, and occasional Q&A games with giveaways. The page has seen steady increase in number of likes and generated more interest in the wines from customers.
Since February 2016, we have now developed a strong trust with each other, as HLT has transitioned from our monthly Facebook management plan to a more holistic monthly
outsourced marketing plan that includes additional marketing support services. Our services now include market research, event planning, e-Commerce updates, EDM support, Facebook management, and Instagram management.
